That’s what a regular tea-house can look. It happens that the building won’t have any signs proving one can enjoy food here.
一般茶舍从外面看就是这样了,这些房子甚至没有任何一处标识可以证明这里是可以吃饭的地儿。
The kitchen has a huge stove with 11 cooking pots. There are two ways to cook national dishes: they use either a cooking pot or a char-grill.
厨房里这个巨大的炉子上装有11口灶,当地的食物主要有两种烹饪途径:用锅或者炭火烤。
Gas is widely used.
煤气在这里广泛使用。
Large cooking pots are situated far from the center of the stove. Regular pots are used to cook pilaf for 10-15 people whereas big ones can satisfy the needs of 40-50 guests.
大锅往往被安放在离炉子中心比较远的地方,普通锅可以一次做10-15个人的手抓饭,而大锅则能同时满足40-50人的需要。
Everyone could smell the delicious aroma of food coming from the kitchen.
