Today we’ll go on excursion to the new and modern brewing plant located in Mytishchi, the Moscow region. Alongside with many tasty things they produce a new Russian brand of beer ‘Mospivo’.
今天我们将会前往位于莫斯科辖区的Mytishchi的一家新型现代的酿酒厂驻足拜访。他们利用许多好吃的酿造出一种新的俄罗斯品牌啤酒“Mospivo”。
The plant is absolutely new and by the moment of photographing even the reception hall wasn’t completely installed.
从摄影图片来看,该酒厂绝对是新建的,甚至连接待大厅都还没有装修完工。
It is the place where beer is brewed together with bread juice, cocktails and sparkling water of different kinds and filled into aluminum cans. Modern equipment makes the operations possible.
在这里啤酒和面包汁、鸡尾酒以及不同的苏打水会被填入铝罐中一起酿造。现代的装备能使这些运作流程成为可能。
Water, malt, hop and yeast are main components of the beer production process.
泉水、麦芽、啤酒花和酵母是啤酒酿制过程中的主要成分。
Water is taken from local springs. There are 5 of them nearby and the number is optimal both for the plant which is never short of water and for the springs which are never unwatered and have enough time to restore their water reserves.
水是取自当地的泉水。酒酒厂附近有5处源泉,这个数字对从不缺水的酒厂和永不干涸的源泉来说都是最理想的,而且源泉恢复蓄水的时间也很充足。
The water is distilled and is totally freed from any substances with the help of a special mesh-work that filters only water molecules. After that the water is saturated with salts and minerals.
将水蒸馏去除杂质的时候会用到一种只过滤水分子的特制网状设备。之后会加入盐和矿物质使水饱和。
Before using the malt is dried and fried.
使用前的酵母得是干燥脱水的。
Hop is both of Russian and foreign origin.
啤酒花的选用既有俄罗斯的又有国外的。
Now a few words about the production process. It all starts with malt mashing when water and malt are mixed in a special can with a certain temperature regimen. Resulted mash is filtered and turned into wort.
现在说酿造过程的有关介绍。将泉水和麦芽混入一个温度恒定的特制的罐中时,便开始酿造的第一步——粉碎麦芽。产生的麦芽糊会被过滤掉并制成麦芽汁。
Then hop is added to the mop and boiled for an hour. That’s how beer acquires its unique taste and aroma.
然后将啤酒花加入到拖把状设备(糖化系统)中蒸一个小时。啤酒就是这样获得它独特的味道和香味的。
Fermentation is the final process. It occurs in 10-14 degrees Celsius, is cooled after that and freed from yeast.
最后一步是发酵。发酵温度在10到14摄氏度,接着再冷却并过滤掉酵母。
It takes 3 weeks to produce beer. Most time is spent on fermentation.
酿造啤酒需要三个星期。发酵过程占了大部分时间。
The equipment produces 2800 plastic bottles with beer an hour.
这套设备产量为2800瓶/每小时。
The process is fully automatized. The major part of the employees doesn’t deal with the process of beer production.

The excursion was followed by beer tasting. The new brand of beer had a nice taste and long aftertaste.

The plant was launched on September 19, 2008. Its area is equal to 14 hectares. The giant produces over 230 000 hectoliters a month.
该厂建于2008年9月19日。占地面积14公顷。每月产酒逾2300万升。
